Spoke with Shawn who was not only helpful and honest, he also listened and shared directives. Being a gearhead a couple decades ago, I assure you it wasn't a sales pitch. The transmission flush was completed as they said it would be, to include the BG program. The service was timely, car was clean (no mechanic grease or that non-sense) and priced at the quoted amount.
